Tithing is a personal action between HaShem and you. We will never ask you to donate beyond what you are comfortable with and feel called to give. If you feel compelled to help, but aren't in a financial place to do so, please consider donating your time instead. We can always use help cleaning up after Oneg and setting up for events.
